On MICHELIN tyres Porsche 911 GT3 RS laps the Nordschleife in only 6:49.328 minutes

Equipped with MICHELIN Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tyres, the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS conquered the 20.8-kilometre northern loop of the famous German racetrack Nürburgring 10.6 seconds faster than the current 911 GT3, in just 6:49.328 minutes.

This is the second 911 GT3 RS generation that can be optionally fitted with the ultra-high performance tyre MICHELIN Pilot Sport Cup 2 R. The new design features a perfectly balanced harmony between tyre and vehicle. The tyre pairs particularly well with the active aerodynamics of the vehicle. The new and wider dimensions also ensure an outstanding grip. Thus, the newly developed rubber compound of the ultra-high performance tyre combines power and durability – even under extreme conditions.
