Andy James joins Michelin two wheel department as Operational Marketing Manager
Andy James has recently taken over the role of Operational Marketing Manager in the Two Wheel team at Michelin. With responsibility for the leading tyre giant’s ever-expanding role in the two wheel scene in the UK and Ireland, Andy will oversee all B2C marketing activity across campaigns, events and social media.With a commitment to promoting Michelin activity through its dedicated support of a large number of both professional and grassroots organisations and racers, the brand has continually demonstrated the excellence of Michelin tyres and a dedication to British motorcycling.
Andy James said: “I’m delighted to move into this new role at Michelin. I have been with the brand for nearly 20 years, and worked across a variety of different departments, however the passion and enthusiasm for biking in the Two Wheel team is infectious and I can’t wait to continue to build Michelin’s presence in the UK and Ireland.”
Also expanding his existing role within Michelin’s Two Wheel team is Tony Charlton, who now takes on the role of Two Wheel Customer Engineering Support and Operational Marketing. With a wealth of technical knowledge across the full range of Michelin motorcycle tyres, Tony is a lifelong biker with an interest in both road and off-road riding.
